Booking conditions
1. Request and confirmation
The booking form allows you to send a request. It is not a firm booking. After checking the availability of the people, providers and conditions involved, our team sends you a written confirmation stating the activity, date, number of participants, price and practical details. Only this confirmation constitutes a booking.
2. Prices and payment
Prices depend on the activity, the number of participants and the season. They are provided before any confirmation, together with the applicable payment terms.
3. Changes or cancellation by the customer
Let us know as early as possible about any change or cancellation, by replying to our confirmation email or through the contact page. The cancellation terms that apply to your booking are specified in the confirmation.
4. Changes or cancellation by us
For safety reasons (weather, lake level, condition of paths) or if a provider is unavailable, an activity may be adapted, postponed or cancelled. We will then offer another date or another activity; any amounts already paid are handled according to the conditions confirmed with your booking.
5. Specific conditions
- Water activities: offered subject to availability, authorisation and suitable safety conditions. Life jackets are compulsory.
- Horse and mule rides: organised according to the availability of local providers, with respect for animal welfare.
- Minors: children take part under the responsibility of an accompanying adult.
6. Participants’ responsibilities
Participants agree to report any health problem or contraindication, to follow the safety instructions of guides and providers, and to respect residents, animals and the environment.
7. Bookings through third-party platforms
Bookings made through a third-party platform (for example Viator) are subject to that platform’s terms.
8. Complaints
Any complaint can be sent to us through the contact page. We will reply as quickly as possible.
