Participants preparing fresh vegetables during an open-air cooking workshop

Take part in a cooking workshop to discover the traditional recipes of the region. Learn to prepare local specialities with produce from the valley, then share a delicious moment around the dishes you have made.

Garden vegetables, spices, fresh herbs and local olive oil: guided step by step, you learn the techniques of Amazigh cooking, especially how to prepare a tagine, slowly simmered in its clay dish. The workshop takes place in a peaceful setting, outdoors when the weather allows.

The menu depends on the season and the produce available. Let us know about allergies or special diets and we will adapt the recipes wherever possible.
